FILUR
Kiwi Mint Pilot
Side A :: Original Mix
Side B :: Kasey Taylor Remix
Released :: June 2004
Reference :: FEED003

Sebastian Mullaert, of Son Kite and Minilogue fame, presents us a beautiful musical piece under his Filur moniker. Tight drum programming, fat driving bass and lush melodies are Seb’s trademarks and the “Kiwi Mint Pilot” has it all... Plus some gorgeous violins, (Seb’s classical music training showing there) and funky stabs render this track a very unique, atmospheric, almost balearic feel.

Mr Kasey Taylor had the remix duties and once more did his magic, turning this into a super-chuggy gem that simply won’t let you stay still. A smooth but devastating bassline and solid groove are guaranteed to shake you to the bones, while the hypnotic pads and FX keep your head on a spin... Serious shit.
